Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the awacxocode command-line tool and the code.awacxo.com website (together, the "Service") provided by awacxo. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. The Service

awacxocode provides access to third-party AI models through a single subscription. We may add, change, or remove available models at any time. Model outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.

3. Plans, balance, and billing

• Plans are sold as a prepaid balance denominated in USD.
• Usage is metered against your balance; different models consume balance at different rates.
• When your balance is exhausted, you must top up to continue using paid models.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change prospectively.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Generate or distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or share access in a way that circumvents usage metering.

5. Intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to the code and content you submit. The awacxocode client is distributed under its open-source license; the Service and our branding remain our property.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that model outputs will be accurate or fit for any purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, awacxo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
