Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the awacxocode command-line tool and the code.awacxo.com website (together, the "Service") provided by Devesh Yadav. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & security

You sign in with Google and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your account, API tokens, and credits secure. Do not share your API keys; treat them like passwords. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. The Service

awacxocode provides access to third-party AI models through a single prepaid account. We may add, change, or remove available models at any time. Model outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and using any output.

3. Credits, fair use & billing

• Credits are sold as a prepaid balance denominated in USD; you pay $X and receive $X of model usage.
• How credits are consumed:the amount of credit consumed by each request depends on the specific AI model you select and the number of tokens in your prompt and in the model's response. Different models have different per-token rates, so the same prompt can cost different amounts on different models.
• Usage is metered against your balance in real time. When your balance is exhausted, you must top up to continue.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change prospectively. Credits are delivered instantly - see our Delivery Policy.

4. Acceptable use & abuse

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the awacxocode agent harness, gateway, or infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to drain resources, exceed or evade usage metering, or place abnormal load on the Service.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, spam, or any malicious, illegal, or harmful code or content.
• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others, or resell or share access in a way that circumvents metering.

Any such abuse will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund of any remaining credits.

5. Intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to the code and content you submit. The awacxocode client is distributed under its open-source license; the Service, gateway, and our branding remain our property.

6. Refunds, cancellation & delivery

Purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy. In short: prepaid top-up credits are provisioned instantly and are non-refundable once added to your account, except as required by law or in the case of a verified billing error.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any model output will be accurate, reliable, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

AI-generated output is a starting point, not a finished product. You are responsible for reviewing and testing it before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devesh Yadav is not responsible for any bugs, security vulnerabilities, deployment errors, data loss, downtime, or financial or business losses arising from code or content generated by the Service or from your reliance on it. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service, as described in Section 4. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
