Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for awacxocode, operated by awacxo.

Prepaid balance

awacxocode plans are sold as a prepaid usage balance in USD. Once purchased, the balance is added to your account and can be spent across the available models.

Cancellation

Because plans are prepaid balances rather than recurring subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel on a renewal basis — you are only charged when you choose to top up. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.

Refunds

  • Unused balance: if you have not used any of a top-up, you may request a refund of that top-up within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@awacxo.com.
  • Partially used balance: top-ups that have been partially consumed are generally non-refundable, as the corresponding model usage has already been incurred on your behalf.
  • Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly or experienced a failed/duplicate transaction, contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified error.

How to request a refund

Email support@awacxo.com from the address on your account with your transaction details. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.
