Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Devesh Yadav ("we", "us", "awacxocode") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the awacxocode command-line tool and the code.awacxo.comwebsite (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We store your email address as your account identifier; we do not receive or store your Google password.
• Usage data: the requests you make through the Service, including the model used and the token/usage amounts per request, which we use to meter and deduct from your prepaid credit balance.
• Billing records:the plan you bought, amount, currency, and a payment/order reference. See "Payment security" below.
• Prompt content: the prompts and source code you submit, which are transmitted to the selected AI model provider in order to generate a response.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To meter usage and manage your prepaid credit balance and billing.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and support requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues.

Payment security

All payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your payment details - credit/debit card numbers, UPI, net-banking, or other banking information - are entered directly with Razorpay and are never stored on our serversand never reach our systems. We only retain a non-sensitive payment/order reference returned by Razorpay so we can credit your account and provide support. Razorpay's handling of your payment data is governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.

Third-party AI model providers

awacxocode is a gateway to leading AI models. To generate a response, the prompts and code you send are securely processed via third-party large-language-model (LLM) providers - including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other model providers (routed through OpenRouter) - depending on the model you select. This data is transmitted over secure, encrypted APIs and is subject to each provider's API privacy terms. These providers' standard API terms state that data submitted through the API is not used to train their models. We do not sell your prompts or code, and we do not use them to train any model of our own.

Data retention

We retain account, usage, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at support@awacxo.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
